- Surround yourself with people who make you smile. Pets count too. How can you not be happy snuggling..anything!
- Celebrate whatever holidays you observe. Whether it’s a lit Christmas tree or a lit Menorah, you’re bound to smile when you look at it.
- Try new things. Even when they don’t work out you’ll probably still have a good time. Just don’t try drugs or, you know, anything like that.
- Do yoga. Seriously, even if you can’t balance or touch the floor someday yoga will help you balance or touch the floor and then just think about how ecstatic you’ll be!
